Oxford University Women's Pool About us: The Oxford University Womens Pool Team (OUWPT) has an amazing record at both Varsity and BUCS levels- not having lost a Varsity match in 12 years, and has only lost the British Universities Pool Champions once in six years of taking part. The team is supported by two coaches and players have the option of attending any 2 out of 3 pool practice sessions a week to ensure the high standards required to compete and succeed at the highest level. To date OUWPT has been the starting point for over 30 county players and currently 9 Internationals, several with World and European honours. We are also awarded a HALF-BLUE under given criteria for this sport and hope to gain more interest in the sport throughout the colleges of Oxford!

Oxford's Monday Pool League: OUWPT have a team entered into the Third League of the OCPF Monday Pool League, in which we get to play teams at various locations (Pubs and Pool Clubs) throughout Oxford on most Monday evenings. Our team this year is 'CROWN HOUSE B' and our home table is at the Crown House Pool Club based off Cowley Road. The fixtures and stats for the matches played will soon be added to the website!

UPC Women's 8-Ball Pool Championships 2011: Oxford I beat Kent I 4-0 to win the team championship!! Oxford II are bronze medallists after narrowly losing to Kent I in a play-off in the semi-final. Conny Meisenberg and Louisa Gill both made the final of the singles event, with Conny emerging victorious to retain the title. Well done to all the girls!!!
